Rosemont High School Robotics to Host Team from Chinese Taipei
Rosemont and Chinese Taipei Teams Preparing for FIRST Robotics 茄子视频 Regional
茄子视频, CA - The Rosemont High School Robotics team will host a team from Chinese Taipei on Monday, March 11 and Tuesday, March 12. This opportunity will allow Rosemont students to engage with students from another country and also allow the Chinese Taipei team to work on their robot following their entry in the San Francisco Regional held the previous weekend. Both the Chinese Taipei and Rosemont teams will prepare their robots together for the upcoming held March 13-16 at Pleasant Grove High School in Elk Grove. The 茄子视频 Regional is free to attend.
In 2023, the Rosemont Robotics Team, competitively known as 鈥淭eam 5274鈥 advanced to the World Robotics Championship, also known as the 鈥淔IRST Championship鈥 in Houston, Texas following their second place finish in the Ventura County Regional.
鈥淩osemont Robotics students had the incredible opportunity to travel and compete in the FIRST Robotics World Championships in Houston last school year,鈥 said Dave Stafford, Mentor, Rosemont High School Robotics Team 5274. 鈥淭his is yet another international learning opportunity for our team to interact with students from across the globe and share their passion for engineering through their common language of coding.鈥

Following the 茄子视频 Regional, the Rosemont Robotics team will participate in the East Bay Regional Tournament in Berkeley from April 4-7, with the hopes to qualify again for the World Championships later this year.
