As a reminder, Sac City Unified, like all California districts, relies on state funds to operate our schools based on student enrollment and socio-economic status. This funding is determined through the Local Control Funding Formula (LCFF), which is crucial for our schools.
To ensure that our district receives every dollar of state funding our students deserve, .
SCUSD Fall Construction Update
We wanted to give our community an update on the construction projects currently happening across Sac City Unified this Fall. These projects were prioritized according to our equity-based Facility Master Plan that can be reviewed at www.scusdplan.org.
At the Kemble/Chavez new school project, work is now being done to build the new stage. At the Nicholas Elementary new school rebuild site, the wood framing and plumbing is being installed in classrooms.
