EV Workplace Charging Program
In order to facilitate the District’s energy and sustainability goals outlined in the District’s Carbon Neutral Goals and Guidelines, the District has installed electric vehicle charging stations to be used for personal vehicles. SCUSD’s Electric Vehicle Workplace Charging Program is intended to encourage and support the use of an EV for employees as an alternative mode of transportation.

The district and ÇÑ×ÓÊÓƵ City Teachers Association (SCTA) have reached a tentative agreement on a 3-year contract. More details of this agreement will be released in the coming weeks.
2016-2017 District and United Professional Educators (UPE) Reach Agreement on Final ContractÂ
In our effort to make investments to provide students with an equal opportunity to graduate with the greatest number of postsecondary choices from the widest array of options, we are pleased to share that at the September 7th Board of Education meeting, the Board voted unanimously in support of ratifying a three-year agreement with United Professional Educators—a critical labor partner in helping us work toward our goals for improving student achievement.
